Let’s Motivate Ourselves

These words were said by Confucius. Self motivation can be little tough as humans have the habit to see only good qualities of themselves and ignore the bad ones. This is the very first step.
Visualizing your goal is a good idea. If you imagine properly with good visualization you can see those scenes like a real movie scene. This will make you feel good as you will feel your feelings after success. You can gift yourself small prizes like chocolates, sweets or small tokens when you achieve a goal. You can share your small success stories with someone with positive and encouraging attitude. This will make you feel happy and confident. You need to look inside for what you want. Do not go for anything for others, follow your heart. If your heart says yes, you can get motivated without much hard work.
If you are writing your chart or goals, make it real. Do not write your goal and deadline alone. This will not help much unless you are on your feet to do it. You must write what you want with the reason. If the reason you are writing is correct you will get motivated as you see those words. Humans love reasoning and reasoning can pave the path to successful motivation.
