Dance –The Indian Spiritual Art

The tandava means Shiva, the Hindu god who has always been the favorite of everyone. The other one is lasya which means the female lead or parvati who is considered as the softer character.
Any dance or natya has two forms. The nritya or the movement of body is based on tala beat. Tala beat is the expression of rhythmic movements with 108 karanas. The other part is the abhinaya part.
