Stress has become synonymous with lifestyle these days. Today’s corporate world has kept everyone on his toes and does not allow many outings. Yes, however small, an outing leads to busting of stress, especially if it is done with the nice company you love. No wonder health experts are constantly searching for new ways to relieve stress of thousands of people who take sleeping pills for a good night’s sleep.
Stress is the factor that causes most of the today’s new world diseases. Right from hypertension to diabetes mellitus carry stress as one of the major risk factors. More the stress more is the susceptibility to these diseases. Therefore, people are seen catching these deadly diseases more frequently these days.
It is true that stress has been correlated with lesser longevity. Those without stress are obviously about to live a fruitful and healthy life than those running on the hands of clock. Well, it is the fact that we cannot run away from our day to day works and stress related to that. But if we can convert that stress into an attitude that helps us keep motivated at our own pace, we can rule the world without the hanging sword of stress!
